| What is this forum for?
All new members will sign-up their first students here after reading through the information below. Before applying, please read the Character Creation Rules. By signing up, you agree to follow all of the Roleplaying Rules as well as the Forum Rules. All characters in the series have died off by this time, and their relations have been lost. There will be no one playing any of the canon characters such as Harry's children or Professor McGonagall, as the roleplay takes place 100 years in the future, or 2097. Students will be from an entirely new generation, but will not bring with them any electronics such as iPods, etc. We will accept character quirks, such as Animagus', werewolves, and the like, but reserve the right to take these traits away if we feel they are being misused. Each player is allowed one student from each house, and may only have up to two of the same gender. (For example, the largest number of characters for one person could be 2 girls from 2 different houses, and 2 boys from 2 different houses.)
What is allowed here?
Step One: New members will Post their own Topics in this thread. The title of the topic will be their character's first and last name. They will copy and paste the student application from this thread, and fill out all of the required fields. Note: please delete all orange subtext. We do not want to read it.
Step Two: New members will wait for their student sign-ups to be approved by at least one (1) moderator. The moderator will also sort the character into the house accordingly. We usually have the applications approved within 24 hours.
Step Three: If the moderators approve your sign-up, you may begin roleplaying. If, however, they do not approve your sign up, they will ask you to change certain parts of it. A discussion will be held until an agreement is reached.
Step Four: Your sign up will be moved to a permanent directory located here.
What is not allowed here?
Roleplaying is not allowed here. Chat is not allowed here unless it is about the sign-ups. If you have any questions about the sign-ups, feel free to ask in the Questions and Suggestions thread, or shoot a mod a PM.
Can I Apply to be a Professor?
If you would like to roleplay a teacher or an adult faculty member, fill out the adult application, and we will work from there. |
